Online Audition Application

Welcome to Queensland Youth Orchestras' (QYO) online audition application for positions in 2009. The application process takes about 10 minutes to complete and requires payment of the $30 application fee at the end.

Important: At present, you can only pay by electronic transfer through your online banking system. If you do not have access to this form of payment, please post your form with a cheque or deliver in person.

Please do not begin your application unless you are ready to complete it in one sitting. If you have any difficulties during the application process, please call QYO on 07 3257 1191 for assistance during office hours.

Payment Amount

$30 for one audition
$25 for your second audition or for an audition by a second family member
Free for an audition by a third or subsequent family member

Late Fee

$25 additional fee is payable if you are submitting payment after Saturday 2 August 2008

Prior to submitting audition

You must pay using online banking to transfer the audition fee to the following account, and submit the receipt number and date.
