Depart Brisbane at 8:55pm on Emirates EK 435

Arrive Dubai at 5:30am
Day 3 | Wednesday 2 December
Morning guided tour of Prague Castle. Afternoon Explore Prague Old Town and Christmas Markets
Day 4 | Thursday 3 December
Morning and afternoon rehearsals. Evening Concert 1, Prague Conservatory Hall
Day 5 | Friday 4 December
Morning travel Prague to Basteibrücke (c. 2 hours). Afternoon sightseeing at Basteibrücke, travel to Dresden (c. 1 hour), hotel check-in.
Day 6 | Saturday 5 December
Morning sightseeing and Christmas Markets in Dresden. Afternoon rehearsal/workshop in Dresden
Day 7 | Sunday 6 December
Morning and afternoon rehearsals. Evening Concert 2, Dresden Hochschule für Musik (Concert Hall)
Day 8 | Monday 7 December
Morning and afternoon, travel Dresden to Munich (c. 7 hours), hotel check-in. Evening rehearsals
Day 9 | Tuesday 8 December
Morning sightseeing in Munich. Afternoon rehearsals. Evening Concert 3, Residenz Munchen (Herkulessaal)
Day 10 | Wednesday 9 December
Morning travel Munich to Neunchwanstein (c. 3 hours). Afternoon sightseeing in. Neunchwanstei, travel to Innsbruck (c. 3 hours), hotel check-in.
Day 11 | Thursday 10 December
Morning sightseeing in Innsbruck Old Town. Afternoon rehearsals. Evening Concert 4, Congress Innsbruck (Saal Innsbruck)
Day 12 | Friday 11 December
Morning and afternoon travel Innsbruck to Milan (c. 6 hours), hotel check-in
Day 13 | Saturday 12 December
Morning and afternoon rehearsals with Accademia Teatro alla Scala
Day 14 | Sunday 13 December
Morning sightseeing in Milan. Afternoon rehearsals. Evening Concert 5, Conservatorio di Milano
Day 15 | Monday 14 December
Day trip visit the Violin Museum in Cremona
Day 16 | Tuesday 15 December
Group 1: Depart Milan at 1:55pm on Emirates EK 206. Arrive Dubai at 11:00pm
Group 2: Depart Milan at 9:20pm on Emirates EK 092

Payment
The tour levy is $8,000 AUD.
Payments will be made directly to Hayllar Music Tours via a link that will be provided following registration. The payment schedule will be as follows:
Deposit - Payment 1 AUD$1,500 per participant Due by Thursday 19 March 2026
Payment 2 AUD$2,250 per participant Due by Thursday 7 May 2026
Payment 3 AUD$2,250 per participant Due by Thursday 16 July 2026
Payment 4 AUD$2,000 per participant Due by Thursday 8 October 2026
