Some members may need to leave school an hour or two earlier to ensure they arrive on time.
In exceptional circumstances some members may make their own way to camp, for example, if they live close to camp, with preapproval from QYO.  Please email QYO of this via the Camp Questionnaire.

NOTE: We are unable to delay the bus departure time therefore if members arrive late, their parent / guardian will be required to transport them to Luther Heights.
