QYS Concert One
What a great start to the 2019 QYS concert series! Audience members were treated to a diverse program of repertoire of Prokofiev’s Cinderella Suite No.2, Lutoslawski’s Concerto for Orchestra and a premiere of John Rotar's Quetzalcoatl and the Priestess. The concert also featured ex-QYS member Jamie Dodd performing Hummel’s Bassoon Concerto.
Once again, a big thank you to our team of volunteers who made the concert possible - Noel Smith, Chris and Nancy Elvin, Victoria Whiting, Mike and Jane Bernays and Tim Goodwin.
